Approach is looking for a sales associate that is passionate about changing the dating app experience for users.
Job Description:
Approach Dating is looking for a sales representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals related to Approach’s Partner Businesses. Duties will include sales presentations and product explanations, as well as closing contracts with business owners (hereafter referred to as “clients”).
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics and superb interpersonal skills and be passionate about our product’s potential.

- Meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Closing contracts with prospective clients
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
- Coordinating sales efforts with the marketing team
- Understanding and promoting company goals
- Obtaining payments from clients
- Visiting clients to evaluate needs or promote products of services
- Maintaining client records
- Answering clients questions about products, pricing and development
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with clients
- Experience using google suite
- Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Excellent executive functioning skills (time management, initiative, independent, problem-solving)
